Today is our presentation and we have pick Aiman Ridhwan as our presenter. Aiman has done a good presentation with the help of a very good power point slide. Our lecturer Pn.Rina seems satisfied with our presentation. Our group seem very satisfied after a hard work that we have put in this task. ____________________________________________________________________________

Today our group has again done a meeting to compile all the task that have been given before our group presentation tomorrow. Our group do not have any problem where every one on our group is doing their job. So all of the member is very happy and cannot wait to present our presentation tommorow. ____________________________________________________________________________

Today we have do our group meeting to discuss about the interview question and about our presentation. Our group have done our meeting at the COIT. Our group leader Auzan have lead our group to the right path and has devide task to each of our member. ____________________________________________________________________________

We have finally done the interview question with the director of the SEWAC company on monday. The interview have been done at the offfice that is located at the angkasaraya nearby KLCC. There is a lot of information that we have get from the interview and now our group can proceed to next task and prepare our presentation that will be held on this thursday. ____________________________________________________________________________

There was a problem to having our interview session with the owner of SEWAC tour and travel company because the owner of the company is currently not available during this week. Our interview session that suppose has been done by this week has to be extend to the other week with also the permission of Pn.Rina OUR lecture. So there will be abit delay on our project. We will try OUR best to had this interview session as fast as possible. ={ ____________________________________________________________________________

In the last class on monday we has discuss on the interview question. From the disccusion that we have done we have come out with this question:

1. What is your name and position in this company?
2. What does SEWAC stand for?
3. What is your company’s objective and vision?
4. What does your company do?
5. When was this business established?
6. How many staff do you have in this company?
7. Why did you start doing this business?
8. What are your main services and additional services that you provide?
9. Do you use IT in your business? If yes, how does it help. If no, do you have plans to use IT in the future?
10. Do your staff have computer knowledge?
11. Who are your competitor?
12. How do you compete with them?
13. How do you record information on your customer?
14. Could you explain in detail about your current business model?
15. Are you satisfied with your business model?
16. Could you draw a simple business process mapping of your company?
17. What are the strengths of your company’s process
18. How do you think you can improve the business model of your own company
19. How do customer make reservation
20. What happen if the customer cancel the reservation
21. How do you overcome problems
22. Which area do the company want to enhance
23. Anything else that you would like to add/explain to assist us to complete our project?

We have try not to ask any personal question about the company. This question will be ask to the owner of the company to know more about their company. =) ____________________________________________________________________________

On our last 2 meeting, OUR group has decide to choose our first choice of possible company out of 5 that is SEWAC tour and travel company. We also has get the confirmation from the owner of the company to have their company to be our subject of this project. This company is a tour and travel agency company that is located near KLCC at the angkasaraya. ____________________________________________________________________________

There is quiet long time that our blog is not been updated and we would like to apologize because we are having some problem to access to this blog. And now we have already fix this problem we will try our best to keep this blog updated. And once again OUR group would like to apologize.
